Tipps aus früheren Runden
Für die Auszahlungen an GbR-Mitglieder:
Wir haben bisher derartige Zahlungen auf und von dem Geschäftskonto immer mit dem Betreff "Einlage Person XY" und "Entnahme Person XY" versehen (und somit auch keine Rechnung gestellt).
Wie die Gesamtsumme dann auf die einzelnen Teammitglieder aufgeteilt wird: nach dem Stundensatz und der Stundenzahl, die aus deren jeweiligen Stundenzetteln angegeben wurde. Die müssten dann dementsprechend auf die privaten Konten ausgezahlt werden.
Zum Thema Steuern:
Die Zahlungsanforderung um das Geld des Fundes zu bekommen beinhaltet meines Wissens nach keine Mehrwertsteuer / Umsatzsteuer und hat mit dieser dadurch nichts zu tun. Nach meinem Verständnis wird das Geld, was du dann privat von dem Konto entnimmst, in deiner privaten Steuererklärung angegeben und ggf. mit der Einkommensteuer besteuert (was aber vermutlich Einkommensteuer befreit ist, siehe Steuern).

About taxes: As far as I know, the payment request to get the money of the fund does not include VAT / sales tax and thus has nothing to do with it.
