Schlussbericht
(English version below)

Final report
After the completion of the funding period, the final report ("Schlussbericht") is to be submitted to the Projektträger along with a so-called statement of use ("Verwendungsnachweis"). The Deadline for all documents is one month after the funding ends.
General information from the Projektträger:
- FYI: Your final reports will be published on the website of the TiB (Technische Informationsbibliothek Hannover). You don't need to do anything; we will take care of that for you.
In accordance with the „Nebenbestimmungen für Zuwendungen auf Kostenbasis des BMFTR zur Projektförderung“ (in English: additional provisions for cost-based grants from the BMFTR for project funding, NKBF 2017), grant recipients are required to publish their final reports at the TIB (Technical Information Library Hannover). The TIB acts as a depository library for final reports on projects funded by taxpayers' money and makes them available to the interested public.
- We can only accept your reports if the following guidelines are respected when submitting them:
- Documents should be submitted in a machine-readable and searchable data format (no scans).
- The electronic document should not be password-protected
- The target size of the file should be <1MB.
- To facilitate file identification, please include the correct funding code in both the report and the file name.
Please pay attention to these points, as we will not be able to accept your reports otherwise. You are welcome to use other reports as a guide. Reports from previous rounds can be found here.
