Hier findet ihr einen kurzen Überblick über die von uns genutzten FOSS-Plattformen und Tools, die wir im Rahmen eurer Prototype-Fund-Förderzeit zur Verfügung stellen.

Wiki

Wer das hier liest, kennt bereits unser Wiki. Hier findet ihr alle Informationen, die ihr für eure Zeit bei Prototype Fund braucht: Administrative Informationen, Checklisten, Organisationstipps, Reisekosten-Infos, Coachings, etc. Nehmt euch ein bisschen Zeit und schaut, was es hier alles gibt!

Knowledge Base

In unsere Knowledge Base auf Bookstack sammeln wir das Wissen unserer Alumni*ae und anderer Expert*innen rund um alle Themen, die für Open-Source-Projekte von Interessen sein können, bspw. Design, Lizenzen, Finanzierung. Hier könnt ihr sehr gern auch selbst beitragen! Wer sein Wissen zu einem bestimmten Thema weitergeben möchte, melde sich bei der Projektbetreuung.

Nextcloud

Für jede Förderrunde erstellen wir einen Nextcloud-Ordner für Slides und andere Dokumente, die wir mit euch teilen wollen. Wir senden euch den Link zu diesem Ordner am Anfang der Förderzeit per Mail und schicken euch jedes Mal ein Mail-Update, wenn wir dort Dokumente hinzufügen. Wir nutzen Nextcloud auch, um einen Kalender für die Förderzeit mit euch zu teilen - ihr findet die Links zu den Kalendern für alle Runden unten auf der Hauptseite.

Zulip

Zulip ist der Ort, an dem sich geförderte Projekte, Alumni und Teams online treffen. Die Einladung für die Plattform bekommt ihr von den Projektbetreuer*innen, danach müsst ihr ein Passwort setzen. Der Link für die Platform ist talk.prototypefund.de. Nach der Registrierung stellt euch bitte im #general-Channel vor und kommuniziert euer Handle an die Projektbetreuung, um in den privaten Channel für eure Förderrunde aufgenommen zu werden.

Hedgedoc

Wir hosten eine Instanz des kollaborativen Markdown-Tools Hedgedoc, mit dem ihr Notizen mit uns, anderen Projekten und innerhalb eures Teams austauschen könnt. Der Link ist hedgedoc.stackspin.prototypefund.de, die Login-Daten sind die, die ihr auch für Zulip nutzt.

Ihr könnt das Tool gerne für die Arbeit innerhalb eures Teams und/oder eurer Community während und nach der Förderzeit nutzen. Bitte benutzt diese Instanz nicht, um Seiten breit zu veröffentlichen.

Wenn ihr Seiten anlegt, die für andere Nutzer*innen der Instanz sichtbar sind, gebt bitte euren Projektnamen im Titel der Seite an, damit wir die Seite zuordnen können.

BigBlueButton

Wir nutzen unsere BigBlueButton-Instanz für Gruppencalls, Workshops und 1:1-Calls mit euch. Gerne richten wir euch auch einen privaten Raum für die Arbeit innerhalb des Projekts ein (für max. 6-7 Personen, keine öffentlichen Veranstaltungen)! Schickt uns einfach eine Mail und wir stellen euch einen Link zur Verfügung.

Wiki

If you're reading this, you already know our wiki. Here you will find all the information you need for your time at Prototype Fund: Administrative information, checklists, organisation tips, travel expenses info, coachings, etc. Take a little time and see what you can find here!

Knowledge Base

We collect and share expertise from our alumni/ae and other experts on all topics that may be of interest to open source projects, e.g. design, licences, funding, etc. in our knowledge base on Bookstack. You are very welcome to contribute! If you would like to share your knowledge on a specific topic, please contact the program managers.

Nextcloud

For each funding round, we create a Nextcloud folder where we share slides and other documents with you. We email you the link to this folder at the beginning of the funding period and update you by email each time we add documents to it. We also use Nextcloud to share a calendar with you for the funding period - you can find the links to the calendars for all rounds at the bottom of the main page.

Zulip

Zullip is the place where funded projects, alumni and teams meet online. You'll get an invite to set a password from your program managers. To log in, go to talk.prototypefund.de. After joining for the first time, please introduce yourself in the #general channel and communicate your handle to the program managers in order to be invited into the private channel for your funding round.

Hedgedoc

We host an instance of the collaborative Markdown tool Hedgedoc, which allows you to share notes with us, other projects and within your team. The link is hedgedoc.stackspin.prototypefund.de, the login details are the same you use for Zulip.

You are welcome to use it for work within your team and/or community during and after your funding time. Please don’t use it to share notes widely.

If you are making any notes visible to other users on the instance, please put your project name in the note title so we can trace its owner.

BigBlueButton

We use our BigBlueButton instance for group calls, workshops and 1:1 calls with you. We are also happy to set up a private room for you to work within the project (for max. 6-7 people, no public events)! Just send us an email and we will provide you with a link.
