In der regulären Förderzeit

Das Wichtigste auf einen Blick:

• Während der regulären Förderzeit (Juni bis November) stehen euch vier Coachingstunden zur Verfügung.
• Die Coachings werden von Superbloom organisiert und durchgeführt.
• Ihr könnt wählen, ob ihr alle Coaching-Stunden auf einmal in Anspruch nehmen oder über die sechs Monate verteilen möchtet.
• Dieses Coaching-Kontingent könnt ihr nur innerhalb der sechsmonatigen regulären Förderzeit nutzen - nicht nach Ablauf des Förderzeitraums und nicht in der Second Stage (dort gibt es verpflichtende Coachings, siehe unten)
• Ihr könnt frei entscheiden, welche Themen ihr im Coaching behandeln und mit welchen Coaches ihr zusammenarbeiten möchtet. Es ist möglich, alle vier Stunden für ein Thema/mit einem Coach zu nutzen, ihr könnt euch aber auch für verschiedene Themen und/oder Coaches entscheiden.
• Zu Beginn der Förderzeit stellt die Projektbetreuung (mit eurer Einwilligung) den Kontakt zu Alicja und Victory von Superbloom her, die für die Koordination zuständig sind. Eure Coachingstunden könnt ihr dann direkt mit ihnen vereinbaren.

Superbloom

Superbloom widmet sich verantwortungsvollen, inklusiven Technologielösungen, die Menschenrechte und Nutzer*innen-Interessen in den Vordergrund stellen, um die Machtdynamik im Tech-Ökosystem zu verändern. Ihre Vision ist eine Welt, in der jede*r das Wissen, das Netzwerk und die digitalen Werkzeuge hat, um das eigene Leben zu bereichern. Superbloom stützt sich dabei auf die Prinzipien der Menschenrechte, des Systemdenkens, des Dienstleistungsdesigns und der Bedrohungsmodellierung und hilft Projekten bei der Entwicklung von Technologien und Dienstleistungen, die verantwortungsvoll, respektvoll und integrativ gestaltet sind.

Superbloom unterstützt die Projekte, die durch den Prototype Fund gefördert werden, durch individuelles Coaching – insbesondere in den Bereichen Design, User Experience (UX), Strategie, Community und Projektmanagement. Superbloom und der Prototype Fund arbeiten seit 2017 zusammen.

Wenn ihr eure Coachings mit Superbloom vereinbart, könnt ihr alle weiteren Details absprechen, z.B. ob alle Sessions am Anfang, alle am Ende oder mehrere kürzere Termine für euch am sinnvollsten sind. Das Superbloom-Team hilft euch gern weiter und findet die passenden Coaches für euch.

In der Second Stage

Während der Second Stage liegt der Fokus nicht mehr auf der technischen Arbeit, sondern auf der Nachhaltigkeit der Projekte. Ein Teil davon sind verpflichtende Coachings, über die ihr hier mehr lesen könnt.

During the regular funding period

The key facts:

• In the regular funding period (June to November), we are able to provide you with up to 4 hours of coaching support.
• The coaching sessions are organized and carried out by Superbloom.
• You can choose whether you want to use all coaching hours all at once or spread them out over the six months.
• You can only use this coaching contingent within the six-month-long regular funding period—not after the funding period has ended and not during the Second Stage (where there are mandatory coaching sessions; see below)
• You’re free to decide on the topics of your coachings and which coaches you may want to work with. It is possible to use all 4 hours for one topic/with one coach, as well as choosing different topics and coaches.
• In the beginning of your funding period (and with your consent), the program management team will introduce you to Alicja and Victory from the Superbloom coaching team. You can arrange all of your sessions directly with them.

Superbloom

Superbloom is dedicated to responsible, inclusive technology solutions that prioritize human rights and user interests in order to transform the power dynamics within the tech ecosystem. Superbloom draws on the principles of human rights, systems thinking, service design, and threat modeling to help projects develop technologies and services that are designed to be responsible, respectful, and inclusive.

Superbloom supports projects funded by the Prototype Fund through individual coaching—particularly in the areas of design, user experience (UX), strategy, community, and project management. Superbloom and the Prototype Fund have been working together since 2017.

When you schedule your coaching sessions with Superbloom, you can discuss all the details, for example whether it makes the most sense for you to have all sessions at the beginning, all at the end, or several shorter sessions. The Superbloom coaching team is happy to assist you and find the right coaches for you.

During the Second Stage
