Eure offizielle Förderung endet mit dem Demo Day – es war schön mit euch! Wir möchten euch noch ein paar letzte wichtige Informationen mit auf den Weg geben.

Veröffentlichung des Source-Codes
Das kann zum Beispiel auf Gitlab, Github oder Bitbucket geschehen. Der Code muss natürlich auch mit einer entsprechenden Lizenz versehen sein.
Bitte schickt uns den Link bis spätestens einen Monat nach Ende der Förderrunde (30. September / 31. März), damit wir ihn auch in der Projektvorstellung auf unserer Website veröffentlichen können. Wichtig: Der Code soll online bleiben!
Wenn ihr eine Webseite habt oder eine Veröffentlichungen plant, denkt bitte an das Logo des BMBF (und eventuell auch des Prototype Fund!) – beides unbedingt unverändert benutzen. Die Informationen dazu findet ihr in eurem Zuwendungsbescheid. Auch den Link zu eurer Webseite veröffentlichen wir gern in der Projektvorstellung, wenn ihr uns Bescheid sagt.
Schlussbericht
Der Schlussbericht ist bis einen Monat nach Ende der Förderrunde (30. September für Sommerrunden, 31. März für Winterrunden) beim DLR einzureichen. Er enthält auch die Abrechnung der zwei Monate des letzten Quartals. Alle Infos dazu findet ihr in einem Brief vom DLR, der kurz nach dem Demo Day bei euch ankommen wird. Einladungen
Evaluation
In ca. sechs Monaten kommt Sophia auf euch zu für ein kurzes Nachgespräch zur Förderung und eurer Weiterentwicklung des Projekts. Die erhobenen Daten fließen in unsere Begleitforschung ein und sind für uns ein wichtiges Mittel, um die Wirksamkeit des Prototype Funds zu überprüfen. Es wäre daher wichtig, dass möglichst aus jedem Team ein*e Gesprächspartner*in dabei ist. Ohne Begleitforschung gibt es keinen Prototype Fund!
Netzwerken
Damit ein Austausch zwischen den Projekten auch nach der Förderung möglich ist, bieten wir euch mehrere Möglichkeiten an, um mit dem Prototype Fund und allen Projekten im Kontakt zu bleiben.

Your official funding time ends with the Demo Day - we had a great time with you! Now we would like to give you a few last important pieces of information.
Mandatory to-dos
Publication of the source code
This can be done on Gitlab, Github or Bitbucket for example. Of course, the code must be published under a FOSS license.
Please send us the link at the latest one month after the end of the funding round (September 30 / March 31) so that we can also publish it in the project presentations on our website. Important: The code must remain online after the funding period!
If you have a website or are planning a publication, please remember to use the BMBF logo (and possibly also the Prototype Fund logo!) - both must be used unaltered. You will find the information about this in your grant notification (Zuwendungsbescheid). We would also be happy to publish the link to your website in the project presentation.
Final report
The final report must be submitted to DLR by one month after the end of the funding round (September 30 for summer rounds, March 31 for winter rounds). It also contains the final financial statement for the two months of the last quarter. You will find all the relevant information in a letter from DLR, which will arrive shortly after Demo Day. The template for the report and a summary are available here in the wiki.

Evaluation
Sophia will contact you in approximately six months for a brief follow-up discussion on the funding and your further development of the project. The data collected will be incorporated into our accompanying research and is an important tool for us to review the effectiveness of the Prototype Fund. It would therefore be important to be able to speak to someone from each team. Without accompanying research, there is no Prototype Fund!
Networking
We offer you several opportunities to stay in touch with the Prototype Fund and all projects so that you can continue to exchange ideas after the funding has ended.
We are always happy if you say hi on Zulip and tell us how you/your project are doing - or let us know if you would like to publish an article on prototypefund.de!
We share announcements and invitations to events via our mailing list. The link to subscribe to the mailing list can be found in the offboarding mail.
